A RESOLUTION amending and replacing the Rules and Regulations of the Freeland Water and Sewer District previously adopted under Resolution No. 09-03, relating to the municipal water supply systeem, regulating the use of water therefrom, fixing sesrvice rates, connection and othere charges; establishing requirements for construction of line service connections, U.L.I.D. and private water, systems, setting enforcement provisions, providing a lien against premises for delinquent accounts; and adopting general specifications for water main extensions
